Unable to access breakfast due to medical procedure, but reception offered trail mix for later—a thoughtful gesture. Appreciated all the safety bars in the bathroom. Kitchen area was very nice. We appreciated not hearing sounds from other visitors. Convenient to be next to hospital. Comfortable bed—great pillows!

Have stayed here before and love this hotel - location is great, really nice staff, super efficient, professional and just good energy. Room was comfy, great soft beds, pillows and everything was super neat, tidy and clean. Lots of sockets everywhere, good lighting options, liked how the furniture complimented the walls, and all the details made sense. The TV had such an amazing selection, like 180 channels, I don’t think I’ve ever been in a room with that many channels. Room came with a microwave and fridge, and the bathroom was stocked with towels. The bow tied on the tub was a nice touch :) Breakfast had healthy options which was great 😁 Lots of yoghurt, fruit, etc.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The 2 young ladies I spoke to most often behind the main desk offered helpful advice on restaurants and conveniences and Shawna facilitated a weekend cleaning of my room with towels etc. I hope to return to this location in the next year. Please ensure your staff see this review. The location was great and I will return with my bike to make use of your great bike trails along the golf courses.
