Staff was responsive to request for iron and ironing board. Enjoyed the breakfast options. I did a pre-check in the day before we arrived, but had to do it all again at the hotel. I won't do that again and potentially expose my ID and other information twice.

The Empire mall was great, downtown Sioux Falls was clean, there wasn't a lot of traffic, the people, for the most part, were friendly, we ate at Fazoli's (they closed in Denver, Colorado) it was clean, and the food was great. Getting around Sioux Falls was very easy. Everything was within 15 minutes away. In fact, we went out there looking to find jobs so that we can relocate to South Dakota. Not only were we able to get a job, but we also found an apartment to rent. We plan on moving out there within the next couple of weeks. We would avoid staying at the Ramada by Wyndham though, until they do some upgrades.

We enjoy old towns and there feel. They have a nice historic home district and a vibrant restaurant area. I think there is a lot to explore in the area but we were under a time budget and could only stay the one night.

It appears a lot of money has been poured into the...
It appears a lot of money has been poured into the riverfront area and those immediate buildings appear nice, but it falls off fast and even the nice area is probably not safe to walk alone after 10pm. The rest of the city north and east of downtown was pretty disappointing/sketch. Not sure if the city has received a lot of migrants, and/or has been roiled by drugs or liberals, but no one in our family of 5 felt great about our 12-hours there.

We found a great place to play pool and to hang out a little, it was Gateway Bar and Grill on S. Gateway Blvd. It was very roomy, clean, and fun. Jordan the bartender was great! He was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. They serve food, but we did not eat. I would have loved to try some of their food, what others had looked very good. Highly recommend!

The people were very friendly and helpful the location was perfect the room was nice the bed was just a little hard but the Waterpark made up for that my husband and I loved the old vintage games they had in the arcaded and they even had a little casino in the hotel the food was excellent quality service
Loved the Falls Landing Bar which was attached to hotel. Good service and friendly, outdoor seating area overlooking river. Comfortable beds in hotel. Good breakfast. Good location, easy parking.
I didn’t try the breakfast but the suite was above expectations. It was super clean and very comfortable. The bar and grill at the hotel was excellent as well making this an ideal spot to stay.
