We liked the room, it was good size and had everything we needed.The swimming pool was very nice,really enjoied it.
Overall we would definetly come back in the future.
TCI Social Club was a good surprise. I booked there because it was right next to a friend's place who was organizing a BBQ party. But though it's not in the center of Cluj, it's definitively worth staying there as it's close and you can take a bus or an Uber easily. The room was super spacious and I could enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
Back to the comunist era. The hotel was probably great in the 80'-90' but remains the same in 2023. Good swimming pool and sauna. Nice view from the 7th floor. The rooms are OK.
