Went there as It was close to a bodybuilding show that I was doing and they made everything so easy for me. Every request was fulfilled with a smile .
Then my family joined the second day as they came to see the show and they were treated amazing
From breakfast to dinner everything was great,tasty and accessible.

We loved this accommodation, the room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The swimming pool is a nice addition. Breakfast was served every morning (at an additional cost), which was also perfect! The hotel is close to the town park and about 15 minutes from the main square and centre. Overall, our stay in Sibiu was enjoyable and we recommend visiting and give this hotel a 10/10
The breakfast at Mercure Hotel Arsenal Sibiu was amazing. We particularly enjoyed our terrace and its view, and the staff's behaviour and attitude was impeccable. Talked with my wife post check out, and we agreed this is definitely the place to come back to, in the future. Bonus, the indoor swimming pool is really great for relaxing.
The hotel is located 2 steps away from the 'Sub Arini' (Roughly translated to 'Beneath the Alders') Park, which was really great to have a walk in and disconnect.
I loved the whole place! Full of nature, friendly animals (4-6 cats, 4 dogs) , there is a barbecue place, a few hammocks, a trampoline, a mid-size swimming pool, the swings for bigger kids,a small pond, apple and cherry trees, etc.
The room was very clean, and the daughter of the owner spoke in English. Place has a place with a common kitchen, tables, and free coffee!
I liked everything about this fabulous sexy apartment except why did I devote so little time to this pleasure? Why not extend this for at least a week? I can say with certainty that here your dreams come true because you are in the best conditions of the old city, moreover, you have a Luxury swimming pool and a jacuzzi at your disposal and you can stay there for days on end, but do not forget, of course, to go out to the surroundings of the most beautiful city of Romania - Sibiu .

Best location, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool, the hotel looks very authentic and romantic for couples. The rooms for 2 where very small. Since we didn't have AC, the stuff was very helpful and upgraded our room with AC and a view to the beautiful main street. Mattress was too soft for us, but the kids didn't mind. Great breakfast. Parking spot right next to the hotel for the guests is a real bonus in this location.
Everything is well done... everything was verified and checked twice.... starting from entrance in the yard, place to park a car, a nice back yard with a nice swimming pool and a place to eat and relax
