Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful at this hotel. Area is a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was great.

Very clean studio, well equipped with great balcony, but quite small, as the sofa is converted to bed, so there is not any other '' comfortable place"" inside to sit. Secured parking on site, just below the studio. Not so close to Nice, it's about 4 km, you need car or bus (bus stops just outside of the main gate).

Everything was great, the house was very clean and fully equiped with everything someone could need and Gerardo was very friendly! Beautiful view.

The first thing we found out after the reception giving us the un and the pw for the Internet alas there was no Internet. when we rang reception they said to forget and start again which we did several times and still no Internet. we then went to reception to query this and there response was there was road works going on for days and knocked out the Internet. we then asked why then would you give us the un and pw when we arrived? We got no answer? The next thing we found out that it took 1 hour and 1/2 to get to the centre of Nice. the problem was there was hardly and places to eat. they then wanted us to avail of their breakfast for €25 per person. no thank you ! The fridge in the room was hot so drinks not cold. Our main gripe is that they never told us about the Internet not working. this really affected my wife as she is a nurse manager and had to bring her work with her which involved a lot of emails. We have used booking.com before and never had a prob lem.They also charge our credit card for €150 as a deposit and have not as yet refunded us. This totally ruined our stay in Nice we did not enjoy our stay especially when charged 160 per night without food. We would expect to be compensated for this awful experience.

The staff was great. And the breakfast was very good
The whole thing was fab. I had had a really tough day and when I arrived the concierge was really helpful and food and drinks were available. The water was all in glass bottles and very environmentally friendly. The hotel had a swimming pool but I was unable to use it as I had a plane in the morning. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was good.
Very stylish house, lovely grand piano and nice outdoor space with pool. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Very close to both nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer/Beaulieu/Cap Ferrat which made for some lovely sunset walks/swims.
The 2 very different outdoor areas were excellent -
1-very peaceful garden which was well landscaped and maintained -and oasis of quiet in central Nice.
2-rooftop bar and swimming pool nice place to relax with views of Nice.
It is a high end hotel and spa. It delivers a high end service, accomodation, everything! The staff is a highlight, they are exceptional. The spa has an incredible indoor swimming pool. There is also a swimming pool on the rooftop, where you can have a great view of the town.
Comfortable bedroom. Especially liked the option of two swimming pools - indoor and outdoor. Outdoor pool was average, some sun loungers available, pool is a lot smaller than appears on photos and overlooks the Nice Airport runway. However the windows in the rooms are sound proof so no sounds of planes throughout the night. Located a 5 minute walk from Cassin-Kirchner tram line for easy access to Nice City (20 min from Jean Medecin)
Clean and nice. Small but nice roof top swimming pool and sun deck. Very sweet staff in the pool bar! Staff hosts in the breakfast room super friendly, also in reception - all but one lady who always seemed to be having a bad day. Great with the water fountains on each floor with still and sparkling water to fill up your water bottles

convenient to Nice Airport. Our premium room on the 7th floor was comfortable & seemed fairly recently renovated. Dinner at the hotel’s outdoor restaurant next to the small swimming pool was very nice. The food & service at the restaurant were excellent. Walking distance to airport with an overnight bag only but the shuttle service is needed with more luggage. The shuttle driver was nice & helpful.
