The host was really lovely and helpful sending all the info needed via WhatsApp which was great. She was also very kind in helping us with late checkout. The property is lovely since it’s redevelopment. It’s a shame we didn’t have good weather to use the pool as it looked beautiful. Parking in the gated grounds was nice and safe. We felt safe in the property. The bathroom was the showcase for us, we loved the large bath. Towels provided for pool and bathroom. Good fridge / kettle in the room with some crockery also if needed. They even gave us some complimentary face masks to use which was a nice touch. Very close 10-15 mins to Disney via car which is why we were there. Also close by car to a very large shopping centre and outlet village. Would definitely recommend

Incredible lodge with parrots visiting on the balcony all the time. Well worth the money as it also includes 2 days access to the park and a zoo keeper experience in the morning!

The interior and deco in the reception area was beautiful, and the outdoor area and surroundings was neat, tidy and well maintained.
This was my first time visiting this hotel and myself and family was pleasantly surprised.
I really like that there was a nice play area for kids. There was also a swimming pool, gym and games area.
It was also great that the hotel offered free shuttle bus service to and back from Disney Land.
This hotel is amazing... food was amazing, staff we're amazing. such a beautiful place. swimming pool, out and indoor were fantastic. All staff are a credit. We were a family of 6 children and 2 adults. We will definitely return next year. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Me and my family enjoyed staying there, seeing the beautiful views of the garden &alot activities, and beautiful indoor swimming pools, a water slide.
The hotel is very good, the rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. They have a swimming pool with 3 slides and a boat, a soft play area, an indoor playground and an outdoor playground, a large videogames area, and a 4D cinema. It is amazing for kids. Services were working well and the employees were nice.
Super location in terms of proximity to Disney Parks with lovely surroundings of the garden and outdoor spaces. Greet indoor play area for children and lovely reception area where children are feee to explore.
Also the opportunity for the swimming pool and spa after a long day at the park really helped to wind down.
The indoor swimming pool was perfect for our kids - 3 and 6 years. The location was perfect. Very close to Disneyland. The outdoor pool and gardens were lovely. The food at the bar was tasty and the beds were comfortable.
It had everything for our family, indoor & outdoor play areas, great swimming pool, video games, pool tables, good food, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and close to Disneyland. All 6 of our family could fit in one room.
