The La Jabotte accommodation was superb. Incredibly high standard, beautifully prepared and in an excellent location. Just a short stroll to the beach. Freely provided beach towels and a parasol were also a superb hit, particularly in the heat of August! Our hosts (Nathalie and Pierre) were simply amazing! Very friendly, approachable and accommodating- they were both super communicative and great to stay with! Breakfast just outside our room was another lovely touch, along with the many thoughtful aspects of ‘bird-ware’ everywhere!

I really wanted to keep it a secret?!
As the star rating predicted. A fabulous place to stay. Absolutely spotless and not looking tired at all. Very well maintained and looked after inside and out. It is exactly like the photos. A grand balcony with an incredible town view.
The balcony is very well equipped and clean (lovely wooden table and chairs, 2 loungers, a beanbag, small tables) and Shaded most of the day, which believe me, you want in summer. The sun comes around in the afternoon so plenty of heat and sun at that point with a fantastic sunset you can only dream of. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including a clean washing machine. Everything works. An air conditioning which is easy to set to your own preferences.
The bed, which is a double bed, with a proper hotel standard mattress. We slept like babies. Honestly, it’s down to personal preferences when it comes to a bed, but it worked for us very well.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower that is super hot and does not run out of hot water. It has a very good spray for washing your hair at the end of the day.
Now the downsides.
There aren’t any downsides. Lol!!!
The owners have really created a home from home.
If you have any questions during your stay you simply text them. You have a response in seconds.
They really want to make sure you have a sublime stay.
The location of the flat is central to both Juan Les Pins and Antibe's old town. 6/700 meters to both fronts. The apartment is part of a very well-maintained complex. All public areas are super clean. The pool in the courtyard is also well-maintained and super clean.
The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet during the day and very quiet at night.
All in all, an absolute Gem.
It is all you want on a well-deserved holiday.

The studio is a great property to stay in it is very cosy and well decorated! We stayed in Antibes for 8 days with plans to travel along the French Riviera. The apartment is within walking distance of everything you might need- train station, beach, bars+restaurants, local produce shops such as fromageries, boulangeries and fruit and vegetable shops all within 15 min from you! We took advantage of this and had a wonderful stay!
The apartment is family owned and the couple who greeted us were very welcoming and helpful, although we did not spend much time around the pool they also showed it to us and it is a great bonus for the property!

It is a great location, near everything—spotless and cosy — spacious and deep enough pool by your doorsteps. Magali & Philippe are superb hosts, nice and ready to help with anything.
The room was great for us to accommodate for a couple of days without even thinking about the location — it felt instantly like our second home :) The parking is directly on the plot — private in the shade and plenty of space to load and unload your stuff. We got our remote control for the main entrance door to be able to get out and in as many times as possible.
The room has separate access so you feel like in your French paradise.
Would recommend it to anybody who wants nice accommodation near everything including the beach. The beach was like 5-7 minutes away by car — depending on the time of the day.

The place is really beautiful, clean,safe,quiet and relaxing.Our accommodation was modern has everything you need,located on ground floor with spacious outside area with sun bed and table to enjoy dor dinner. Swimming pool is very clean and looked after with some strict rules expected to be follow..Delicious pizza just next door,lots of shops around . As we stayed in some days we cooked you can find everything you need in the kitchen. ITS just 12 min drive to loscal beach and restaurants worth visiting.
Charming villa with wonderful view on the sea, good location close to wild stone plage and 15 min from famous La Garoupe (Keller) plage and amazing 2 hours promenade. Quiet area, big garden and big deep swimming pool. The house is equipped with outdoor grill and everything inside for home cooking. Very attentive and gentle owner Gerard, helping in every questions, made our stay super comfortable!
