Poor Breakfast every day, shortage of certain foods, self service food bar not replenished quickly enough, some small portions laid out especially boiled ham. Also there was only 1 breakfast staff member who brought cups and plates to your table, to much to do for 1 person, better if some tables were laid out with plates / cutlery beforehand, we got fed up of waiting each morning for cutlery.

Everything! The outside and inside were gorgeous, pool area was so beautiful and rooms were so comfy and nice. I loved how quiet it was, even though it was fully booked while we stayed there. Looking forward to visiting again, hopefully in the near future!

Beautiful hotel in Palma. Definitely a luxury experience. Had a great local jewellery collection too. Breakfast items can be individually priced so great if you are in a hurry and just want to grab a croissant (as we were).
