Super helpful, cheerful and wonderful women at the reception. Beautiful design of the hotel and very comfortable beds. It was my mom's birthday and I could order flowers in the room in advance, so the stunning bouquet waited for us and wowed my mom when we arrived (also discrete paying possible). The hotel has an underground parking garage, a rooftop pool, an elevator and many facilities more. Location is also good.

The service was 1st class as the food from Godfried (chef). Breakfast is awesome, there is soymilk and glutenfree bread on request. Beds are cozy, rooms incl. Bathroom new and modern. Restaurants, shops and supermarket are just around the corner and the public bus station is only 3min walk away. I couldnt enjoy my trip more, it was simply perfect. A huge THANKS to the lovely crew working there, you all made my stay unforgettable!

The hotel also features a rooftop terrace with a 40 m² swimming pool that offers views of Palma bay. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. We had such a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool and the restaurant.

Enjoying the rest of the day before taking our evening flight we were allowed to use a room to shower and change. Fantastic!

There is also a large sun terrace. the spa is complete and free to use when you stay, good parking size, clean and beautiful rooms. the view is amazing. Buffet has everything you cab dream of steak and spanish seafood and fish dishes too. adult only areas available. The room with the kitchen was very nice thought. It even has a supermarket downstairs! You can find stairs to some stones in the shore where you can get into the sea and swim.

It has 2 outdoor swimming pools, including one with a chill-out zone, and free Wi-Fi. It was pleasant stay, can’t point to anything. Nice hotel, very clean, tasty food. We like it all, Daniela keeps her finger on the pulse, always there, always on the top of everything - well done. All the team was welcoming, helpful and pleasant. We recommend this hotel.
