The decor is exceptional; you can feel it’s crafted with love, with particular attention to detail, and everything feels handmade. The room is very spacious, very clean, and the view is impressive. The bed is extremely comfortable, with a soft mattress topper, and the ability to pivot the TV is a fantastic idea, allowing you to watch it from either the couch or the bed. The kitchen has everything you might need. We even saw deer running in the distance, which was adorable.
The breakfast service is excellent, featuring organic products from the region that are homemade. The staff is incredibly kind and delightful, always attentive and responsive, and a big plus is that they communicate very well in English.
‘Does it have a pool?’ is arguably one of the most common questions when booking a stay in any location. These hotels offer a great way to keep active during your holiday without having to hit the gym. Indoor pools allow you to practice your backstroke come rain or shine, whereas outdoor options allow you to relax on a sun lounger after swimming a few lengths.
The bed was amazingly comfortable and the pillow provision was great! The staff were excellent and all hotel services were superb. Big fully equipped gym at guests' disposal and a good outdoors swimming pool. The hotel is just minutes from a metro station and easily accessible from the road.
Nice modern hotel with a lovely outdoor swimming pool. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Bilbao is surprisingly nice, We wanted to go to the Guggenheim (outstanding) but hadn't expected the old city to be so charming.
We had a great stay here. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were so friendly & helpful. The outdoor pool area was busy every day but we loved it. There was a good selection for breakfast and lovely food in the restaurant also. It's a 3 minute walk to the metro & one stop to the old town but this suited us perfectly as it's the only hotel in the area with an outdoor swimming pool. Would definitely stay there again.
