Excellent air conditioning, plenty of hot water for the shower, and very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was helpful, it was fully equipped with all the basics. There is a local church right around the corner. Within 5 to 10 minute drive there is the center of the town with supermarkets, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacy, barber shops, beauty salons, high quality fitness centers, etc. There is a 15 minute drive to the center of Ioannina. Keep in mind you will need to have a car for this apartment. What we really loved about this apartment is the fact that is located in the middle of a neighborhood with families and children often walking. We did not feel like we were tourists, we felt like we were locals and part of the everyday life.
