The rooms come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some units feature a seating area where you can relax. Certain units have views of the mountain or city. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and a hairdryer. Friendly staff - always welcoming and we even received a free upgrade for the room with a balcony, which was a very warm touch. The breakfast selection was great - you can get everything and even more. Location was superb, very close to the station and all the bars and attractions in the city. Clean, stylish hotel - would recommend to everyone.

The family-owned 5-star Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is located right in the Old Town of Lucerne, next to the lake. It offers a spa area and elegant rooms with modern furniture. The Culture and Convention Centre and the train station are only a 10-minute walk away. This hotel is beautiful! A lovely property that has been well looked after and the staff are very attentive. We visited at Christmas time and the lobby had the most amazing Christmas tree and festive decorations. Our rooms had views of Lake Lucerne and the alps which was lovely to wake up to every morning. The breakfast is served in what looks like a ball room! Lots of breakfast options and really nice extra's like chocolates and cakes in our room. Definitely recommend.

The location is so close to the central station and all the attractions, from the window of the apartment, we can see beautiful, peaceful street. The kitchen equipments are more than sufficient, there is a coffee machine but no sugar or milk, but it is really cool anyways. Bathroom is clean and everything is perfect from the start to the end of our journey. Also self-check in is very convenient
