Beautifully situated on a south hillside of Pirin mountain, the hotel has lovely park zones, unique architecture and SPA center with thermal water from own spring. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The hotel is excellent. The villa is very large and comfortable. There is a beautiful view from the windows. Parking under the villa. The place is very clean. There is room service that comes every day to clean the rooms. Breakfast is very tasty and it is possible to make an omelet or eggs to order. The pool is large and covered. There is a toddlers pool, a massage pool and a large pool. There are 3 different saunas. We really liked the hotel, the service is great and the location is great.

The luxurious Lucky Bansko Aparthotel SPA & Relax offers spacious apartments and studios with free WiFi access. The spa centre offers free of charge an ice room, a steam bath, contrast showers, a fitness centre Technogym, indoor bio pools with 30°С temperature, a pool with Dead Sea salts and a relax room with Himalayan salt lining. It's a perfect hotel; all the amenities were up to standard! The room was spacious and clean; it had a full bar, an espresso machine, and two bottles of water that were complimentary from the hotel, which the staff refilled every day :) Also, there was a safe with pretty clear instructions. The bathroom had heated floor tiles and provided all shower care products. The TV was a modern smart flat screen, which we used to watch some online movies before bedtime. The spa and the pool (included in the booking price) were perfect. We used all the facilities, and we were delighted with them! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to book a massage or any treatment, but the hotel does offer this at an additional cost. The entire staff at the hotel was accommodating, kind, and really attentive! And for breakfast, what can I say... it was rich with a wide variety of foods, everything you can imagine in a 5-star hotel. Fantastic job on this Lucky Hotel! We also tried food in the Le Bistro restaurant, which is part of the hotel, and the quality of the dishes was top-notch, close to 1-star Michelin if not already! We also tried the Italian restaurant Leonardo, and there, I can easily say the food and the service were on par with Michelin-star restaurants. Very pleased!!! The hotel also has organized shuttles to the ski lift (included in the booking) for all guests, with early reservations.

The hotel also features free WiFi and free private parking. Great place to stay in Bulgaria! Nice facilities, friendly staff, very children and pet friendly and top-notch kitchen. Even a small own zoo in the resort itself.

I have a season pass and therefore I tried almost every hotel in Bansko - this one is special. for the price, it offers the best value in Bansko by far! The spa is excellent, the rooms are new and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Don’t forget to eat the best Burger in Bansko in Garlic restaurant at the hotel. I would definitely come again next season!

Perfect cozy apartment, very clean and with all the necessities for a family stay. The yard is amazing with lots of flowers and space for play and relax. Very close to Bansko downtown, walking distance from main street. The hosts were very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. Highly recommended!

The family managing the houses are great, warm and very welcoming. Great suggestion where to eat and go for a walk.

Featuring private check-in and check-out, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. This pet-friendly guest house also has free WiFi. Yurdana’s home was truly remarkable. Her property is gorgeous and comfortable. We loved the upstairs open seating area with perfect views of the mountains. Our room was decorated beautifully and the mattress and pillows were ultra comfortable (a huge plus for me!). Yurdana welcomed us to join her family for dinner and a glass of the local fruit brandy (rakia) which was definitely one of the better rakias I’ve had! We loved her two dogs, which she gave us ample opportunity to ask them to be put away if we didn’t like dogs (we love them, we were so happy to pet them). For breakfast, Yurdana made us homemade, traditional donuts with homemade yogurt, local fruit preserves (fruit plums, raspberries), local honey, traditional cheeses (sirene, and the traditional delicious yellow cheese). To top it off we had great espresso and a specially made elderflower cordial from local flowers. She sent us on with fruit as well: pear, persimmon, mandarins. My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed listening to Yurdana’s deep knowledge of the region and being invited to sit by the wood-fire with her family. The drive out of the mountains was beautiful, too. Highly recommend!
