This was the best accommodation of our 7 week trip so far! First of all, it is a true homestay (unlike most places which are more like hotels). The rooms/bungalows are in the garden of the family‘s home. They are such nice people and really made us feel welcome! For breakfast you have a lot of options to choose from (Banh Mi, pancakes, smoothies etc.), it is served to you on your terrace and was always tasty. Our room was cleaned everyday and the laundry service was really quick and for a reasonable price. The homestay is located just a 2 minute walk down to the beach. There are chairs and umbrellas you can use and even order drinks to the beach. The area around offers a lot of restaurants and bars but has a more laid back vibe than the old town of Hoi An, which we really enjoyed (to the city center it is just a 10 minutes motorbike ride).

Location is brilliant with only a 2 minute walk to the beach, less to the main street with all the cafes. Pool is great, clean and mainly in the sun for most of the day. Air conditioner works well, bed was comfortable. The owners are lovely and can't do enough to help make your stay a pleasant one.

I have stayed at la Terrazza 3 or 4 times now because I just just love it. It is such a beautiful little hotel tucked down a quiet alley on the edge of Hoi an which overlooks beautiful rice paddies and yet you are still just a five minute cycle to all the craziness of the centre.
Nico and Tam are really welcoming and friendly. The garden is stunning with lots of tropical plants and flowers. The rooms are all well decorated, comfy and clean. The one we stayed in this time was huge and it had its own private terrace too. There is also a water filter so you could get clean drinking water without wasting so much plastic which is rare in VN.
While I was there they were in the middle of building a pool so there's going to be even more reason to return there soon!

Great location. Very close to the beach and lots of local restaurants. Spacious room and bathroom which were both nice and clean. All the staff were great, especially Kim, and night security.
We loved the local village vibe with a few dogs barking and chooks clucking, but nothing that kept us awake.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Hoi An! Great location walking distance to the Old Quarter and nearby attractions, clean rooms, and the absolute friendliest staff. They helped me to book tours, gave recommendations, and even learned everyone's names. Plus, there were dogs to pet! The female dorms had 2 bathrooms which was nice.
Villa was located on an island, away from hustle and bustle of Hoi An old town. Room was spacious. Host was doing her best to make us feel welcome. She helped with organizing tours. It was pet friendly place.
Cong was an amazing host, we arrived very early from our bus, and he greeted us and allowed us to check in early. We were able to rent bikes (free) and scooters from him also which was very handy. The location was great, on a quiet road but close to everything. Rooms were nice and clean, and the little balcony was lovely to sit out on. There's also a cute little dog who's very calm but will happily take a pet. Would highly recommend staying here :)
Quiet place in a great location. Close to restaurants and mini-marts. Dog friendly accommodation with terrific hosts. Close to Hoi An Old Town but far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of it.
Good homestay with friendly staff and funny pets. We met with 2 dogs, cat, 2 hedgehogs and baby goose. Bed in the room is very soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. Good view by the window. Also there is a big kitchen, where you can cook.
This beach location, away from bustling HoiAn was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff was very attentive, particularly the restaurant staff led by restaurant supervisor Ms Lien. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were of good quality, Make sure you try for appetizer, the green mango salad with shrimps as well as the spring rolls. The beds were very comfortable. Daily 3 bottles of fresh water were provided.
We had a wonderful relaxing holiday.
Incredibly friendly staff and pets (cats and dogs) alongside the activities and people that stay here, make this place a truly wonderful place to stay! The free breakfast was great and the other food was delicious! I would love to have stayed a lot longer and cannot wait to return one day!
