I spent 3 amazing weeks here, my staying was really comfortable.
Location: It’s located on a very quiet street, not noisy at all (even “Ban Bao” man don’t come to this street 😁), and there are many small grocery shops nearby (like “Moonmilk”, which is perfect for foreigners). It’s also very close to the beach, just 5 mins by foot. And there are several hidden gems nearby, like vegetarian restaurant or cafe.
Room: the room is very clean, the furniture is not new, but everything is ok. There is a kitchen and washing machine inside the room, so it’s very convenient to use. I especially love the huge window in my room and balcony. I was living on the 5th floor, and every day I saw amazing mountains and sunsets from my room 🧡 the bed is also very big and comfortable. For all the 3 weeks I saw only small ants in my room, no any cockroaches. Hot water – ok, air conditioner – ok, wifi – normal speed, but sometimes it didn’t work, so you need to wait some time for the master, who come to fix it.
Staff: very friendly and really helpfull, just need to send them message and they come to help you. There are free bicycles there, you can just take it if you want, and also you can rent a bike for a very reasonable price. I rented bike for two times, very convenient to go to Hoi An city or Son Tra mountains.
Soundproofing: never heard any of my neighbors, even I know somebody was living on my floor also. Really very quiet all the time.
Roof: there is a roof with barbecue 😊 it’s very nice and beautiful, you can use it for free.

BE CAREFUL in Vietnam when reading reviews, there seem to be fake reviews alll over the place in Booking and Google, for accommodation and restaurants. We've seen this often.
Location was very good, close to the sea. The apartment with balcony was spacious and renovated recently. The washing machine was working well and we used it.
It's cheap and with comfortable interior.

A very practical hotel, well situated in Danang center (west side of river) with a spectacular view from the upper floors to the city and especially the famous dragon bridge. Maybe not so good to explore beaches as it is a 40 min walk distance. Reception, breakfast and other services like gym work are on the top floors. We stayed one night only and our room was in 18th floor and view was amazing. It felt good to use the 24 hour checkout hotel policy, which allowed us to go out to explore the city in the morning, and then come back and calmly prepare to go. The room and bed were comfy. Breakfast had all the essential, plus the view.

Cleanliness and coziness of the unit. It comes with a separated area for dining (kitchen) and washing machine for laundry, perfect for a family stay. Helpful and friendly staff. The location is walking distance to My Khe Beach and easily accessible to the Dragon Bridge where we had the opportunity to watch the finale of the International Fireworks Competition between China and Finland.
Staff were lovely & a good location. Bed was comfortable! Nice of them to make up the room & provide fresh water daily, that was very much appreciated! Property offers breakfast too which was a nice touch.
From our perspetive the best thing about this hotel is its location not far from the My Khe beach area in Danang. There are also many restaurants and mini-marts in the area offering a wide variety of food. The main commercial areas and the Champa museum are a quick and easy Grab ride away (necessary given the heat!).
The hotel breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of breakfast options. The pool area is small but very good, with nice views over the city and ocean.
Everything was perfect. Location was at massage street. Tasty restaurants in that street as well. Just 2 blocks from the beach. Staff were very nice and helpful. Very clean. Pool was a nice touch. Doggy named Hell was very good boy. I gave him rubs whenever I see him.
Everything is good for me as my experience. The bed is so nice and comfy . Plus , it is pet friendly and I can bring my cat without paying extra charge. Also,the staffs are friendly and can speak English well too

Excellent stay and minute details were taken into account in the rooms eg. weighing scale, hairbands, shoe stick/shoehorn etc. not to be missed is a cute teddy in the room and an amazing pet dog at the reception.
The hotel is near to the beach and restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet is delicious and offer a good variety. Peter from the restaurant is friendly and helpful. The hotel resident dog, Sen, is adorable.
Peter, his team and two cute dogs (coconut and honey) are so friendly and welcoming! The hostel is in perfect location and the beds are clean and comfy. Overall a great social vibe & would definitely be coming back!
