The Rooms, the relation with the beach, the family pool and the lifeguard from family pool. And I would like to emphasize the wonderful assistance provide by So Ny during our stay.

The rooms are very well equipped with big balcony overlooking the resort and sea. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool area is beautiful. Two good slides for kids and a foam party for one hour on friday, Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast was excellent. Shuttle bus service to the old town. Children's play area is also very nice (although outdoor is better than indoor and it gets a bit hot outside to use it). Beautiful beach club area with very good restaurants. Beach is also lovely and well-maintained.

I loved the layout the pools and the restaurants were lovely. The best breakfast buffet I have ever seen. The spa is unbelievable and the rooms are amazing!! Kristen and Kate are amazing at their job and make sure nothing is missing.

It was great to do our check-in at the hotel room with Ms Mai. She was very patient , she provided excellent assistance to our requests . Our room was very spacious with a lovely view of the sea, we liked to chill at the breezy balcony anytime of the day. All Staff were very nice, very helpful, and very pleasant. The service they provided was fantastic. The swimming pool was inviting, we spent an entire day relaxing at the pool , we liked the sheltered daybeds. The beach was clean and quiet. It was very relaxing to feel the breeze and watched the waves. We tried the food at the various restaurants, the food was good. We liked the different varieties of the breakfast spread at Blend, we liked the baked fish and salmon from the Cove Bar and Grill at the poolside , we also liked the Tiramisu at Nox Beach Club Osteria restaurant. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at New World Hoiana Beach Resort.

This is the one place where photo's don't do it justice. Everything was simply amazing and I could not recommended this accommodation high enough, You have to stay here and enjoy this resort and if you love golf that's just a bonus. Its perfect for singles, family's and couples. As soon as we checked in the staff were amazing but a special shout out to Kristen Pham who looked after us our whole stay over the week, she's an absolute star!!! Cant speak more highly of her. Even when we checked out we went to another hotel and still came back to New World Hoiana and Kristen helped sort us out instantly. Thank you so much to everyone there and next time we are back we will 1000% be staying here again :)

The selection of restaurants was varied and the food quality excellent at reasonable cost. I enjoyed the art books in the lobby areas. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Hotel is very new and rooms are quite spacious - excellent facilities. Great breakfast - best actually during our 2 week stay in Vietnam. Service level was very good Overall very enjoyable stay - but be aware that this is a huge complex including a casino. Go if you want to have a beach hotel with all amenities but don't look for authenticity

Everything about this place. My daughter loved the water slide and kids club. Best resort for kids. My wife loved the Casino. I loved the food, spa, customer service. I was sick onedayand felt like eating only papaya, bread and jam and the room service brought that to me at night wventhough its not in room service and they didnt even charge me. They called to check in the next day to see if I was ok. Such small things really make your stay memorable. Kudos to all the staff there.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Big bathrooms with good amenities. The pools were fantastic - great for families. Breakfast was amazing. Such a huge variety and all delicious. Facilities were new, clean and pristine. Good distance from Hoi An.
