Excellent shower and bed. Good breakfast. But the main quality was the staff. I left a book in my room, took a shuttle to the airport, and the staff promptly, efficiently and courteously brought the book on the next shuttle before my bus out of Chicago. Exceptional service.

The beds were very comfortable. I slept very well. The pillows were excellent. I also liked that the shampoo and soap products were Dove. Our flight was delayed so we didn't check in until 1 am. I asked for a courtesy late check out and was given the maximum. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We loved the studio apartment feel. liked having the microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Very comfortable bed and couch. The room was clean and very close to Allstate Arena so we could walk to the concert we were there to see. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great with a wide variety of items to choose from. I will definitely would choose this place again.

I loved the hotel, it is so spacious and beautiful. Loved the location, so peaceful and very close to a train which takes you to the downtown. Our conference room that was in the hotel was so cosy and spacious. I am blessed to have had such sweet experience in Hilton. Oh and Starbucks in the lobby, what can be more amazing than that? 🫠🥰
