Close to the airport. Had a restaurant/bar for when we got in a bit late. Rooms were basic but clean. Make sure you take the shuttle! Coffee and Bagels were great in the morning. From the airport, we didn't take the shuttle and a taxi driver tried to charge us $40 USD for 5 minutes, so make sure you utilize this!

The beds are the best!!! I can’t say enough about how amazing it was. I did not expect this. It was perfect for a quick overnight so that I could catch an early morning flight. Price point was perfect for the quality of the room. Room had been recently rehabbed. Plenty of outlets to charge Phone and IPad. Lighting was great - had all the creature comforts - mini fridge, microwave, etc. Chose this location due to price, comp shuttle to the airport and the positive reviews on cleanliness. Would choose again if need arises.

Only problem was the washer & dryer required operation with quarters and not with credit cards. The laundry room washing machine and the dryer could easily be converted to "cashless" with an XCP VendaVolt Visa & MasterCard Cell Phone Payment App. Suggest contacting XCP Corp and purchase the cashless payment conversion kit for these machines. This is what most of the other Sonesta Hotels have done.

We were not impressed with having to pay $20 per night for parking on site. You would think that would have been included in the already overly priced room fee. $750 for 2 nights plus additional $40 to just park there, with very limited parking available.

The Fashion outlet is also quite close to the hotel. We just had an overnight stay at the hotel so can't comment much on any other features of the place.
Close to O'Hare airport, somewhat. Price was good. Airport shuttle!! Easy check in, small market to buy son some food. Huge hotel. Clean, small lobby seating areas in each floor, ice machine on floor, exercise room. Room was clean, nice size, fridge, microwave, bathroom necessities, plenty of towels, hair dryer, iron board, hangers, a couple drawers for clothes, flat screen, bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Lots of outlets to charge up! Breakfast.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I love the rooms with separate bedrooms. Very convenient from airport. This have become one of my favorite hotels in Chicago.
Our room was very nice with an awesome view of Downtown Chicago. It was also in a pretty good area with only a short walk from a L-Train station. Staff was friendly and very helpful for us. Additionally, there was a grocery store nearby with many different food options, which helped to save a little money on our trip.
Booking messed up the communication with the hotel. We booked a room with 2 queen beds, but that information wasn't relayed to the hotel. It also was not in the details of the booking, only in the 'message the hotel' tab in the booking app. Despite this, they gave us the room we booked without asking any questions.
Loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious with a separate living/working space. The living space looked out on the atrium and the bedroom was away from any noise.

The hotel is super clean and so modern all the facilities were incredible. The rooms are very spacious and the bed were super comfy, location is great with great access to the airport. Transport service to the hotel was easy and also dropped us off to the car hire centre to pick up our car hire.
