This hotel was by far the best facility we have ever stayed at. The staff was excellent, the hotel was immaculate, the service was superb. It was clean, spacious, accommodating and quiet and the shuttle to and from the clinic was so helpful. We will stay here again.

The evening desk attendant was extremely helpful. We weren't in the location that we expected, and he helped us get to the right one (across from St Mary's). He worked with booking.com to move the next night's reservation. And he provided disability appliances (shower chair and grab bars) for the room--all with a smile.

The hotel looks newly remodeled. Very clean. The pool and hot tub is a nice size and very clean. The continental breakfast was very good. A lot of good healthy choices. That area was spotless as well. The staff is very friendly. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. They have a shuttle to get to Mayo Clinic and surrounding if staying for that.

Everything was perfect, we felt like we were at home Madison was amazing and she was always smiling and went out of her way for us. The service was exceptional.
