The woman who was in charge of the breakfast was awesome!! I did not get her name but she was friendly and chatty and very helpful. The front desk people were the same two men for both days we were there and they were knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Comfortable and clean, well appointed and good desk for work. Restaurant is sufficient, nothing fancy but the food is healthy and tasty. Open for coffee at 6:30am! The staff was super helpful.

Only reason to go to Rochester was the Mayo Clinic. However, Booking.com did not give us the Mayo discount, don't know if that's possible through Booking.com. There is a Mayo discount with Home2Suites. Rochester has some very nice restaurants.

Rochester is arguably the most important medical city in the US if not the world. People come from all over the world for treatments at the facilities in Rochester. It is a melting pot on any given day. It is a small city but has everything anyone needs, all within an enclosed subway and skyway system so the weather does not affect movement around the downtown area.

Rochester was a very good place we were there for the Mercy Clinic for a family member. Everyone was very nice friendly helpful that was my first visit ever for me and my family the restaurants were great outstanding number I can give him 10 out of a 10 everywhere we went to eat at we will be coming back again it's not always great visits for what you're there for but it's how the people and places and businesses treat you thank you very much.
Clean hotel with nice staff. free outdoor parking. close enough to walk to Mayo or they offer a shuttle weekdays. This is a basic dated hotel. Not fancy but cheap and close to hospital. Breakfast is more of a self serve grab and go. No Pool or Fitness room but we knew that and didn’t need it. They do have coin operated washers and dryers if needed. Overall good very basic hotel worth the price.
Nothing. Pool was closed. Our room had smoke alarm ripped from ceiling with wires literally hanging down. Checked in for 20 minutes and immediately left. Filthy. I was in Rochester for a serious surgery. Didn't deserve the stress we went through. Still waiting for my refund. I'm disabled and loincome. Was so thankful for the Guest House hotel.

My second stay at Hyatt House and it won’t be the last. It’s exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff is very helpful. Free shuttle to Mayo sites but easily walkable to the downtown clinics. Great eats nearby or delivered. Hot and cold breakfast with great coffee or teas.
The staff was very nice! We loved the food in the restaurant. It was a great location to come and go to Mayo Clinic. We used our own car only because parking was cheap at the Mayo ramp and we had gaps between our appointments so we went back to the hotel to rest.
