Just steps away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on the Magnificent Mile, this historic hotel is located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood and features a rooftop bar and lounge with panoramic city views, on-site dining and a seasonal rooftop pool. The staff were outstanding. They were all incredibly kind and attentive. I appreciated the extra little things they did to make my stay easier. I also loved the decor and the views. Marvelous! Oh and PERFECT LOCATION. I walked everywhere.

The beds were soft but firm. The breakfast was delicious with quite a variety to choose from. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We hughly recommend them and would definitely stay there again.
