The property is undergoing big renovations. I’ve seen people complain about the noise and the mess. From my experience the work happens in the day…. when I was exploring SLC. The beds are comfy. Pillows are great. Needed an extra blanket at night but I could have easily asked for one, might be a nice touch to leave extra in wardrobe… but my fault for being lazy and not asking. Spoke to the owner at length and definitely will be back as we said! From London! Uber is $9 into downtown.

What I liked the most about this cozy townhome was that it was so affordable and it fit my family really well. It was very straight forward when checking in and the host was extraordinarily communicative! Next time I find myself traveling to SLC I will be coming back to this cozy townhome :)
