We are not a huge company that will treat you like a number. We are a small, family-run business and we take pride in our guest's comfort and satisfaction. We will try everything within reason to make our guests feel like they are at home in our vacation rentals. Our listings are up-front and honest, and we have no hidden fees whatsoever (this is rare in our industry). We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay isn't exactly as you want it, we're available 24 hours a day and we live nearby. We can provide one travel crib (pack n' play), one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating twin bed kit, on request free of charge. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost extra. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge. Please request these additional items ahead of time in order to guarantee their availability, as any last-minute requests are not guaranteed.

Completely renovated in 2023, this ultra-modern family- and dog-friendly home boasts not only gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains, but it's also an ideal location for exploring them. You’ll be just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, yet practically in the shadow of the mountains.  The neighborhood has a relaxing suburban feel because of the the quiet low-traffic street that this home is on. Enjoy quick access to both of the Cottonwood Canyons as well as Parleys Canyon, which leads to Park City and all that it has to offer. Plenty of ski resorts and summer resorts are nearby, such as Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Deer Valley, and the Canyons Resort.  The countless hiking trails nearby are among the best trails in the world and many are open for hiking, biking, and even cross-country skiing.  If you're here for downtown Salt Lake City, this is just the perfect distance where you'll have quick access, yet you're just far enough that you'll enjoy the suburban neighborhood and all the piece and quiet that has to offer.

There is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley and this home is very close to several of the bus stops. This is a full-time vacation rental - it is not cluttered with an owner's personal items since nobody lives here. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee that covers the cleaning that occurs after you check out. NO CATS ALLOWED.
