This was my second time at this magnificent resort and I can confirm that this place feels like paradise! This time I took my family and friends and they were amazed by the awesome service offered by Xcaret. The food is top notch, the staff is fantastic, the pools are beautiful and the beach is incredible! The water is so blue and crystal clear. You have to come to this oasis of happiness and try it yourself!

The attention to detail was fantastic. Customer service was excellent and the food was amazingly delicious and has a huge variety. The resort is large enough that there's plenty of space for everyone. The architecture blended with nature was wonderfully well considered. The parks were fun and the night show was beautiful.

Big and clean apartment with 2 dormitories and a neat dining table. Ful kitchen with all you will need to prepare any meal. Private parking a few metres away, within the secure private neighbourhood. Swimming pool is fine, and has some blissful shade in the afternoon. The security guards were also very polite and helpful when our lost luggage was delivered. Highly recommended!

We were more satisfied than expected, we thought there was noise and music instead we slept quietly and comfortably. Under the house there is everything two mini markets a pharmacy some stalls where they sell very good typical Mexican food and two streets away there is the sea! Impeccable apartment host responsive and present.
