It’s a boutique hotel very few rooms, but we mixed feelings about the hotel. Although fair price the facilities are very far from good quality.

The location was excellent just across the road from a good beach, with loungers and sun umberella provided. It was also convenient to hire a golf cart from just outside the door!

We had top floor apartment, family with 2 kids 10 + 12. I've got mixed feeling about this accommodation. The photos definitely make it look nicer than it is and we didn't have a large balcony which the photos suggested we would. However, it is a cheap option for isla mujeres and leaves budget to spend on a golf cart (pretty much essential for getting around if you stay here) and the stunning beach clubs on the island. The beds were comfortable, the aircon was decent and there was plenty of space. The view of the lake was nice and I did enjoy being where the locals live and the nearby areas come alive at night. A bit more effort would make this place a lot more welcoming. Once we hired a golf buggy we didn't really spend much time in the apartment, we hung out at Kin Ha beach club (highly recommended) and Mayan Monkey and dived with whale sharks. So, it's a good cheap option but you get what you pay for. But that leaves plenty of money to spend on the things you come to isla mujeres for.

Somewhat modern, layout was as described. Quiet setting except the rabid dog next door. Big grocery store close by. AC worked well. Location was okay but we had scooters to get around. It was a fair distance from the actual downtown.
We were glad that the Erika were willing to welcome us early because of one day. Also easy communication. We love this place. We love to dog is so friendly this home. We do not have any problem this place.

Staff, accommodations and all were fantastic. The dogs and cat on property where a calming delight along with a friendly atmosphere. Presidential suite had everything I could have asked for.
We stayed for 3 days it was very quiet place everything was clean and comfortable. We do recommend the location. We had a small dog with us and that wasn't a problem. Host was very helpful.
VC Suites is a simple place, great location, easy walk from all the restaurants and across the road from the beach. They even provided us with beach chairs which was great. Beds are comfortable and WIFI was fast enough for my wife to have a live meeting with no issues. The main reason we chose to stay here, was that they are pet friendly, which is something almost all hotels on the island aren't. Will happily stay again if we come back.
The place is really charming. You'll have breakfast with the most beautiful sea as your backdrop. Unforgettable sunrises. This is an incredibly pet-friendly place. We spent a week with our dog Chango and we had a wonderful stay. Angela is a golden host, super kind. We loved everything about Casitas Arcoiris!
