We loved our stay at Brinsley Barn. The Old Calf Pen is beautifully finished and very well equipped. Modern, light, bright and airy. Super clean and comfortable. We loved opening the door wide to fresh air and bird song each morning and also loved relaxing in the private enclosed garden each evening. The location was so convenient for visiting Bath, Bristol, and Wells, and for walking in the Mendips, Cheddar Gorge, Crook Peak, Chew Valley etc. We also thoroughly enjoyed the cow theme throughout the accommodation, beautifully done! We will recommend this place to others.

Definitely a character building, but without the drafts and oddities. Lots of room. It was well off the beaten path, which suited us just fine, though there is an event facility on site and it could get busy if that was booked. All the mod cons were there, including washer/ dryer.

It is a lovely cottage with everything you could want. It was really clean and had been beautifully decorated. We had 2 dogs and they were very happy. Places to walk close by. Owner was lovely and easy to contact. Really close to the veterinary hospital. Bedroom are large and beds are super comfy.
