It was a last minute booking, 2 hours before arrival. Manager phoned and explained that reception is closed as of 8 PM but that she would make arrangements to have key waiting. All worked out very well. On top manager was able to make a restaurant reservation for us. Comfortable bed and a superb breakfast the next morning. Unexpected and utterly charming stay.
