It had security at the door which made the property safe when coming and going at different hours. We had the junior suite and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was good and they were accommodating when we needed an earlier breakfast when we had excursions booked.

The location of the hostel and quality of the room was great. we had a private room and it was extremely comfortable (balcony was a plus) whilst the central location in the walled city was perfect. The hostel had plenty of activities on offer at a competitive price and the hosts were always extremely helpful. The price for the room vs others in Cartagena was fantastic.
-5 minute walk from the airport (perfect if you have an early flight out or late flight coming in)
-hosts were super accommodating: we were running late from a tour in old town but host let us check in later
-host helped us order food from a restaurant nearby via WhatsApp
-host woke up early at 4:30am just to make sure we had everything we need and helped us get sorted to get to the airport

Staff members were fantastic, super helpful, attentive and willing to answer any questions. Tour person at the entrance was also great and prices were competitive and informative, worth booking your tours through them. Location was great, close enough to walk everywhere, and far enough to be away from the crazy noisy areas

The room was really lovely, staff was supportive, the little pool on the roof was refreshing, the location was just perfect, simple, but tasty breakfast, very quite place in a busy street, super comfortable beds, fresh water available, the green program. I give 10, as this was the nicest hotel in Colombia we had.

Right at the beach, big pools with kid zone, playground, pet friendly. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, all the appliances are brand new. Very stylish, clean and quiet, great place to relax!
The staff were amazing! You immediately feel right at home. They had really friendly and well-cared for rescue dogs and cat, so it's the perfect place for traveling animal lovers who don't have pets. It's outside of the walled city, which I liked because it means you're not getting harassed by vendors, and you geta taste of the real Cartegena. Nice outdoor space with plenty of tables and hommocks. Quiet neighborhood.
Location cannot be beat — truly central in which you are walking distance to many of the tourist destinations in Cartagena including Getsemani. The pool and rooftop area are beautiful with great views, tasty drinks, and great vibes. Rooms were outstanding, and you’re not overpaying like you would at Sofitel. Breakfast is perfect with very fresh fruit and light eggs, coffee. They were able to arrange for required COVID test for return flight. Pet-friendly
