The room was pleasing in look and was comfortable to stay in. Facilities like the rooftop bar and the gym were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent location, close to the train station but far enough that it wasn't nosy.

Staff are young, competent, attentive and pleasant. Unfortunately, for a morning flight out of Vienna this is as good as it gets for convenient location.
We chose this hotel to escape the fireworks with our dog during the new year. Check-in was great though check-out was very slow (took us over 30 minutes). The room itself was very comfortable, nicely designed with comfortable beds. It truly served its purpose as we didn't hear any noise and our dog could sleep calmly.
We love dog friendly hotels and this one offers the perfect solution.
