Located at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and situated 300 metres from Dolly Parton's Stampede in Pigeon Forge, Twin Mountain Inn & Suites features a seasonal outdoor pool, free WiFi access and free private parking. Traveled with my spouse and two grandkids. The room was perfect; very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was better than expected. I only missed the swimming pool as the days were quite warm, not open yet, but I was aware of that when I booked the room so no claim for that.

Great location - walking distance to Patriot Park for Dollywood shuttle and lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Lots of free parking. Looks recently renovated. Room clean and comfortable. Excellent water pressure. Bed very comfortable. Effective air conditioning. Quiet room (we were at the back away from the road). I liked having the chairs outside the room to sit out. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ideal and great value for 3 day trip.
The property is close to the strip. You can leave your car in the parking lot at the property and walk everywhere without worry. Also catch the trolley. The rooms are good size and have some nice amenities, we had a microwave, mini fridge, 2 TVs. Breakfast was offered all the way to 10am which was nice. Good water pressure in the shower. But the hot tub took a while to fill up, and worked just so so.
The beds were comfortable, very nice location, seen bears in the parking lot.
Location was okay but the parking is blocked by traffic on main road. Good luck getting out of the parking lot during rush hour.

Nice motel near Dollywood and Smokey Mountains National Park. Rooms are spacious, very clean and have everything you need (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). Many parking lots available and secured. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Free donuts, cookies and popcorn available at the office :)
The room was clean and very nice. We went during Rod Run and they had security to make sure others were not parking in our parking lot if they were not guests at the hotel.This was nice because we knew we’re going to have a place to park our vehicle.
The hotel was central to downtown and along the river. We only had a short walk to Anakeesta and all the shopping. We choose a room overlooking the downtown and even though there was parking lots we still really enjoyed the view. We had a balcony with chairs too. The free breakfast was really good. Our room was comfortable, big and clean. The pool area was relaxing and clean.
We love the Bear Creek Inn for the balconies! Sitting out there and listening to the water is so relaxing - and we have seen a bear! The parking lot is nice. It's far enough from the strip that there is no road noise at all, while it's still close enough to walk to the strip.
Absolutely nothing the property is nothing like the pictures.Its all ugly and dirty.The parking lot is horrible not enough room for trucks.The pictures of the property are false advertisement.
