The hotel is around 10-15 minutes walk to major attractions, restaurants and bars(even though there are 3 places inside the hotel to grab a snack or have a full dinner). Highly recommend this place to all my friends/family. Thank you

Entering from a tree-line courtyard, guests of the St Ermin's are welcomed in a world of sophistication and innovative interior design. The hotel is next to St. James’ Park and Tube Station, in London’s Buckingham Palace area. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect. Room service, reception, the restaurant, everyone worked together as team to make the trip a success.

Incredible location for the London marathon, it is less than 50m from the course and at a point that can see the runners twice without even moving! Short and easy walk to local tube station. Nice kids park within 100m was great bonus too! Quiet flats during the 2 nights we stayed. Host let us check in the bags early, and free parking in private gated car park - where can see car from balcony, perfect. Would gladly stay here again.
Staff were amazing. So friendly and I felt at home instantly. Sorry can't remember the ladies name at reception but she was exceptional. Location was perfect just a couple of minutes walk to the station and a host of local shops and eateries and the town centre. Room was great with en suite, clean bedding and towels. Good TV, WiFi and power points plus kettle. Free parking in car park at the rear. Perfect for a stay in gorgeous Richmond
Perfect location right near the tube station, with on street parking nearby and a good range of restaurants within a stone’s throw. Communication with the owner was very good and the check in process was easy. The price was very competitive.
Staff were helpful. 24 hour reception. We got back late and they never complained about having to open the door to park the car. (Car park is questionable, it was space to hide the car and not a proper car parking space.) Modern bathroom that was clean. Bed felt clean and was comfy. Close to tube station and bus stops. There’s a farmers market every saturday near here that was small but nice.

Location is excellent, close to F&M, The Ritz and other places we wanted to visit. All facilities in the room, coffee machine, kettle and choice of drinks, hairdryer, lots of towels and generally good for a 4 star hotel. This hotel is all about location and having a car park is a total bonus for London and concierge offer a valet parking service which is even better! Concierge and front of house staff are excellent. Can't comment on bar or restaurant as we didn't use them.
The location is very good with nearby tube stations. There is car parking nearby too which easy to access, a daily charge applicable. The room was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable with toiletries provided in the bathroom.
Although there were room cereals tea and coffee provided we didn’t use them. The shower, in our room was very large with lots of hot water. The bed was comfortable. If there was a criticism the room and shower room were quite cold and we couldn’t get the radiators working. No car park but plenty of free on-street parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
