Perfect flat for 5 guests. Spacious living room, rooms and bathroom with brand new shower. Beds are comfortable and as it is quiet at night we rested well. Kitchen is well equipped for meal preps. Area is safe so walking at night was no issue. Paul is a great and honest host who went out of his way to ensure we were fully satisfied.

No separate living room. Access to the COOKER (stove/oven) is subject to host discretion and requires GBP 50 refundable cleaning deposit and daily charge GBP 10. SHOWER- 60x60cm base, not big in size. Gallery photos 1, 3, 7, 8, 10, 11, 23, 26, 27, 31-35 and 37 are of the same room that is a bedroom, which can be converted into 'common space'/'living room'. These photos show variations of beds and table set up within the same room that guests can request. One portable air conditioning unit (5000 BTU) available for 1 room of choice with extra daily charge GBP 15. Property may offer air conditioning or stove/oven free of charge, subject to discretion. You need to keep heat exhaustion hose outside window while air con is operating. As this is middle of central London you cannot expect silence. One room faces street so sounds/noise from street level can be expected. The sounds are not above average what is expected from central London and may include hearing people on street, occasional/unexpected street or building works, cars, deliveries, nightlife. Room with terrace is much quieter as it does not face street. There are planned major, disruptive building works in the building next to the apartment, on the Property's terrace side. The Property has no control over these works. Only checked in guests allowed in the property. You are not permitted to have unauthorised visitors, undisclosed guests or add guests after booking without host's permission. Visitors not authorised by the host, undisclosed guests or guests added after booking is confirmed will be charged GBP 100 per person per each commenced day, regardless if they stay overnight. Arrivals after latest check in time are possible subject to availability/host's discretion and minimum charge of GBP 150 for each commenced hour of delay. Storage and consumption of alcohol is prohibited at or around the Property without host consent and additional charge may be payable for consent (amounts of charge vary).
In order to receive damage/cleaning deposit back, you must follow all terms, rules, policies and the fine print (hereinafter the “Terms”) stated in the advert/ description and keep the property and its content(s), including all furniture, electronic equipments, fixtures, fittings and effects (hereinafter the “Property”), in, on or at the Property in the same state of repair and cleanliness as at the start of the booking. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the rental Property and its contents, therefore you must remember, among others, to lock all doors and windows, and ensure that the Property is safe upon your departure.
