It also has pretty nice view - mountings on one side and forest on the other. Staff was polite and attentive. It was my mother's birthday and they brought bottle of champagne and some fruits into her room - it was very hospitable. Everything was really clean - reception, spa, rooms. We stayed just for 2 days, but housekeeping still cleaned our room and even brought more water (and candies 😊). Also, rooms had soft beds, two pillows and 2 blankets, even in double bed room (which we really appreciated), very soft towels and comfy bathrobes. And different shower modes were nice. Food was great. It was a bit cold, but it could be because we came almost at the end of the breakfast. Plus, a lot of food is organically produced from hotel's own farm. Also, it had some interesting food choices (like smoked fish for breakfast, unusual ice cream tastes, carrot-apple-beetroot juice, corndogs...). We especially loved all chicken dishes, round buns and butter croissants. Spa was just amazing. We never felt so relaxed. Not one room was neglected - steamed rooms were always steamy, saunas were always hot, room for relaxing always had water with lemon. Our favourite facilities were hammam, outdoors pool with jacuzzi and 80° sauna. We also booked massage for my mother and she loved it. All of her stress just melted away.

All units are air conditioned, equipped with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator and kettle. All apartments have a terrace and/or balcony. All villas have a panoramic terrace with view to the mountain, fireplace and heated ski drawer. Free private parking is available on site. The Spa Center was very nice, especially the part with the Jacuzzi, from which we had an amazing view of the mountains. The location was ideal, especially for people who want to do ski. Also, the fireplace was very romantic and made the house really cosy.

Amazing apartment and location, away from the main steet, clean fresh air from the forest close by. Spa building is also 2 minutes away. Cleanest accomodation I have ever visited. There are 2 smart TVs, one in each room and you also get instant unlimited hot water from centra gasl water heating, no individual electric boilers in each apartment that take forever to make hot water(common bansko problem) another huge bonus are the long windows courtains, they actually block sunlight and you can sleep in after a long night without problems. The host is an amazing guy, we had some trouble on the road and arrived very late, he insisted on putting an alarm and waking up just to help us accomodate, he's very nice and someone you can depend on, he really cares about your wellbeing and wants to be told about any issue you might have so can he fix it or help in any way possible. You can't go wrong with this place.

She was always available to answer any questions we had and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.The apartment was large and spacious, equipped with everything you could need. The area was quiet and the view from the apartment was wonderful. I've added two photos. We will definitely be back! .
