I feel like I was at home while I stayed here. Nam nam family is really warm, they took care everything. The location is also great. Once you go out from the hotel, you will see beautiful lake in front of you. The location also nearby a lot of restaurants and mart. The room is clean, the bathroom is big. This is the most outstanding place while I traveled in Vietnam, cause they’re service is 10/10!! 🫶🏻 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Staff were super nice New hotel, amazing pool, rooms are spacious and really clean. Water pressure also good. Breakfast: simple but tasty. Traditional food and also international food. Staff are always trying to help you if needed. Our bus to Sa Pa was at 6pm and they allowed us to use the facilities which is just incredible. Location is excellent, away from the noise from the centre of Tam Coc, very peacefull and natural area. Surrounded by the mountains. Nice waterfall too at the swimming pool. You can rent motorbike really cheap at the desk. 5 min to the centre.

Everything was beyond our expectation. Location amongst the mountains, facilities, cleanliness and most most importantly the staff and the care they showered on us. Ms. KRUNG Is perfect loving caring host. She tool care of us like a mother. Since we were pure veg. She made sure she cooked amazing breakfast both the mornings plus she served us lovely veg dinner the night we had to leave for airport. She insisted we have dinner and leave and she didn't charge us for it. She made all arrangements of car for local sightseeing and airport drop at very reasonable price. Plus she arranged for room for evening after checkout for us shower and get ready for airport with no fees.We would love to go back there again. Thankyou so much Ms.Krung you are an angel.

We stayed at Windy Fields for 4 nights but we wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect, from the location, to the facilities and rooms and the staff. It is located in a quiet place, but within walking distance from the center and the restaurants. If you don’t feel like walking they provide bicycles for free, which are in good condition and include children seats. The rooms are very cozy, spacious, and have nice views. Even though the fields were not green during our stay, we had the chance to see people sowing the rice. The rooms have good WiFi coverage, the beds are big and comfortable, there is enough storage inside the room, and the shower had a good pressure. The breakfast includes some nice options, also for vegetarians, although being vegan might be a bit harder, but just ask and they will accommodate your needs. They booked for us everything we needed during our stay, transportation to and from places and a tour at the national park. They also arranged our laundry according to our wishes. Last but not least, the staff was so helpful, welcoming, and polite, we felt understood and well taken care of. We will definitely come back when we get the chance!
