The hotel was exceptional. We loved the rooftop area from the pools to the bar to the panoramic views of the city - it was elegant and atmospheric. The service was excellent: we received messages by Whatsapp prior to arrival. Cláudia met us and gave us a very warm welcome with a very thoughtful welcome tour. The apartment was stylish and well-equipped. The location is right beside the old town and close to a large supermarket. The free parking was convenient. Would highly recommend an apartment for a group of 2 couples or 4 people.

Perfect position, with parking across the road and the historical centre within a 15-minute walk, with almost no elevation (essential in Funchal, especially after days full of hiking:) The apartment was equipped with everything we needed (and more) for a most pleasurable stay. The communication with the host was excellent - we had a slight issue with the window blinds, which they solved asap.
