Location inside the gardens is magical. We had a shaded balcony looking out over the date palms onto the valley. The buildings are traditional, and are well and lovingly maintained. One of the trails through the valley goes dirctly past the hotel and makes for a lovely walk. Dinner and breakfast were excellent- some of the best Omani coffee and food we had. Staff were lovely. The manager even lent us his own books about local birds for the evening!

We felt the most welcomed in Misfah with Ahmed than we did in all of Oman. The food was fantastic and homemade. We also bought honey from Ahmed and his brother Ali who have a honey shop next to the homestay. We enjoyed walking through the town with Ahmed and seeing his farm. Thank you for this wonderful experience we will never forget!

Hamza is the most amazing host. He took great car of us, even though we arrived much later than we planned. He prepared us a nice breakfast with great self made bread. The Inn is located in a quite edge of Al Hamra, but still not far from the center. Simple rooms but with very comfy beds.
