The hot bath outside was marvellous ! Everything is very clean and you feel like at home. The accommodation is large and quiet. The owner was very kind and helpful. She gave us sweets in the evening and onigiris (that she prepared herself), fruits from her garden and biscuits for breakfast in the morning. We really appreciate all the attention. It was fantastic for our last night in Japan (27.10.2023).

Hotel was beautiful! I also lost my phone in a taxi and I informed the staff. The staff was extremely helpful trying to help me locate my phone and I am extremely greatful for the help. Luckily my phone was at the police station, but the staffs commitment to provide great customer service was really amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

The location is excellent, right above the train station. There are amenities around the area which makes buying essential items convenient. Most importantly, the staff are professional and sincere, and they do your best to meet your needs. I made a silly mistake and lost my room card, but they didn't make me pay for it. Highly recommended to stay here!

Booked the Hotel to easily get to nearby Makuhari Messe and it fully paid off. Starting from a smooth check-in, the hotel offered everything I needed to fully enjoy the concerts. Aside from a 24h Konbini, there are multiple Restaurants and cafés, as well as a Spa area. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of a wide variety of dishes.
