- Location is very practical if you come by train or bus (from the airport), hotel is just in front, it is also enough staggered to be calm and restful, You feel really in Venice with canals and waterways, with Bus station not far. Beautiful garden inside. - Our room was charming and comfortable (we had the 4th floor room, top of the building with lovely inclined ceiling in wood) with a beautiful view on the large garden. Bathroom well designed - Staff of the hotel very gentle and helpful - Breakfast was good - For the birthday of my wife we had a very gentle surprise, I would not say more to avoid spoiling :)

This apartment is great! We loved the location in Cannaregio and the walks into the busier parts of Venice. Communication and key access was very good. We have 3 kids and they all thought the apartment was amazing. The bedrooms were very comfortable. My eldest particularly loved sleeping in the little room with the sloped roof. It's really bright and airy with lots of big windows and it was very quiet at night when we stayed. Short walk to the train station. The stairs were no problem for us as we were aware when booking. Great shower. We'd 100% stay here again. Very helpful host, Thanks

I can't fault this place! Rooms are lovely, area is lovely, kitchen is well equiped, the location is phenomenal etc etc. They even had some washing powder in the machine for us! Not many places would I absolutely stay again but this is one of them! Thanks for making our Venice stay so wonderful!

Very nice place! Even had a stroller that we could use and umbrellas. There was complementary coffee, water,juice and lots of other sweats. The owner was great and explained everything you needed to know and was very helpful. Would definitely come back again. Perfect stay with children :)
