The service is excellent and efficient with very good/clear communication. I appreciate their friendly, amiable and considerate help, which make me feel like be at a familiar place. They carry me to the train station in the early of morning and pick up me in the evening just need a call with reasonable cost.

Fabio is one of the most kind and understanding hosts we've ever met. He was waiting for us in the apartment as we were coming from Firenze and didn't know the exact time of our arrival. We really liked the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The apartment is very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. We parked our car in the nearby street. Pavona was a very safe location. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing for Rome. When we parked the car in Rome near to the river Tiber, the glass of our car was broken and our bags were stolen with all the keys and documents. We called Fabio and he kindly came to wait and opened the apartment door for us even though it was almost midnight when we finished all the report at the Police station. Fabio gave us another pair of keys.
