Lovely clean and modern decor. Close to transport options for site seeing, or if you are feeling fit, walkable distance to the city. Apartment had everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. Secure parking nearby (20 euro for 24 hours)which was a great option for us, we just left the car there for the 3 day stay. Host was very friendly and welcoming.
Close to historic city centre, free parking nearby, amazing place. Very spacious and clean flat. Very efficient and helpful host, we loved our stay there (ps. the coffee machine was amazing too :) We visited during Semana Santa (Holy Week) and there was historical re-enactment and procession of Good Friday (the procession of Passione Di Cristo), a sight not to be missed.
I Tre Cammini is definately worth booking! The price Is right, the free parking lot was very convinent, the location is precious and taken care of with love. Above all when we arrived to checkin Federica the padrona of I Tre Cammini was available and extremly accomodating. The morning after Federica prepared a beautiful spread for breakfast and even cooked an american breakfast of scrambled eggs and BACON with toast! I highly reccomend I Tre Cammini!

Large and comfortable room very close to the restaurant and bars of Trastevere. Good value for money. There is an espresso machine with a generous amount of coffee provided for the morning and the room was very clean. The car park they recommend is very convenient in this area where street parking is not really a viable option.
The location was in a residential area. Free parking nearby and the metro was also close by. Silvia met us and took us into the apartment. Lovely warm welcome. Silvia also texted during the week to make sure we were happy. The most that impressed us was the welcome package. This included the basic provisions provided that made our stay most enjoyable and a good start to the holiday. Coffee, tea, milk, pastries etc. Fantastic. Highly recommend staying at Casa de Silvia.

Property is located right in the centre of Rome making it very convenient to walk to most roman monuments and attractions. There’s a free parking on the street along the river and also a paid parking nearby. Both these park is are outside ZTL. The best thing about the hotel is their courteous staff. They offered to help with the luggage, provided some useful tips and shared local cafe and restaurant information.
First of All, the owner is amazing person. It was clean 100% Espresso machine is amazing and we had breakfas during our stay every day. It has free parking on the site and it is easy zo take parking lot
Very nice family run business. Room was a nice size and was comfortable. Short walk to restaurants. Free street parking nearby or there was a paid parking lot that was 4 euros for 24 hours, so we did that. Nice little breakfast room.
