She made us an exceptional breakfast (there were even melons and other fruit, eggs, quality hams and excellent cheese). The apartment was bright, spacious and very very clean, located inside a new building. The apartment is close to the bus station, so it was very convenient to go and come back from Venice. Also close to grocery stores and other shops (coffee shops and pizza for a quick snack). Two very nice Italian restaurants are at close vicinity. Finally, the hosts were very kind and extremely helpful (even on an emergency request). They really made feel like being at home. This is a place I would like to stay again and strongly recommend.

All was perfect: room, location and host. We arrived in the evening directly from the airport to leave early in the morning next day for sightseeing of Venice. We truly recommend this place as it it is only 25 min away from M. Polo Airport and it takes about 15 min by car to get to the car park in Venice. We enjoyed our short stay enormously especially that our lovely host accepted a challenge to prepare breakfast for our family of three on 5:30 a.m. sharp! Incredible! The room was absolutely spotless, equiped with all facilities and noiseless. On the day of our arrival we discovered delicious pizza nearby - Il Pizzalo Magico - they prepared pizza for us despite it was already closed. We could not imagine a better welcome on Italian land.

A great place to relax. Very quiet, you can't hear cars or people. It's a five minute walk to the bus or tram to Venice. There is a supermarket nearby. The house is wonderful, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. We arrived late at night, the host sent us very detailed instructions for the check inn. The apartment is ideally clean! The kitchen has everything for those who love to cook. Thank you for the compliment that awaited us, it was very pleasant. The bedroom has shutters to block out the light. The bed is very comfortable. We received great pleasure from communicating with the host. She answered us very quickly and we received invaluable tips for exploring Venice. Great choice to stay!

Exactly as presented in listing. Great location for us as it's out of the Venice chaos. We chose to spend our 2nd night locally and visited the main Piazza, short bus ride away, tons of restaurants and more local, fun, upbeat vibe. Market and bus lines are close, about 10 min to Venice. Our train was delayed upon arrival so Nadia's husband met us instead, no English, but she promptly got on speaker phone to explain everything. Nice deck as well, cute neighborhood. Upstairs people were quite loud, but that's no reflection on the apt itself. Beds/pillows comfy, well stocked, nice shower. Thank you!!

The location is close to multiple lines of buses (6 and 6L), just a 10 to 15-minute walk to reach the different public transport options. It was inside the residential area and so quiet. The apartment was great, you have everything you need during your trip. If you want to stay at a place like your home (fully equipped, not a room in a hotel ), I highly recommend this place. Matteo and his wife recently joined Booking, and everything in their apartment is new and clean. In addition, they provided a booklet about everything you need to know when you come to Venice and their apartment. It was very useful for us. If I want to back to Venice I definitely choose it apartment again if we will be 2 adults. It is a place for max 2 people.
