The staff were lovely. We got a great welcome and really helpful advice on how to use the transport system, the best places to see in Venice etc. There is a very affordable restaurant and cafe attached to the hotel and a number of good restaurants and cafes nearby. I particularly recommend the Picollo.
Choose Alla Bianca Hotel for its friendly, informal atmosphere, its comfortable yet affordable rooms and its quiet location only a 10-minute train ride from Venice's historic centre.

Nice hotel in a quiet location and not far from the station! The room was very clean, the staff was very polite! Great offer for a modest price!
Situated within one of the most characteristic Venetian villas of Marghera, this elegant hotel is found in the centre of one of the most enchanting areas of Venice, City Garden.

Fading elegance. Huge rooms, huge bed, period furniture. Great shower. Balcony. Secure parking behind keycoded gate. Not too far to local bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the train station. A thoughtful touch was a bottle opener left at reception. Really liked this place although the complete absence of staff is a little odd!

The management was very accommodating.
The management was very accommodating. They gave us space to snack and visit with our friends and provided us with water. We were blessed and appreciative, especially since we didn’t feel up to going out.
Also, in the morning, the croissants were freshly made for us and the chef was willing to bake another for me if I had the time to wait.
Also, one in our group was ill and the management allowed her to stay longer while the rest of us toured.
VERY accommodating!!!!!!

Close enough to Venice, and decent and reasonably priced restaurants. Almost nothing to do or see, it can be a drag to have to commute to Venice. Not recommended for couples, maybe more a place for families or bigger groups to save some money over staying in Venice.

Quiet residential neighborhood not at all far from central Venice. One bus will take you to one of the main transit hubs and you can walk to all the canals from there. Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere that's less touristy and more affordable if you're not afraid of figuring out public transit in an unfamiliar city.

A very practical place for a short stay to visit Venice. Cheaper than Venice hotels and very easy to go to Venice - short and cheap trip by train or bus. Nothing particuraly interesting in Marghera itself.

Very convenient for Venice if staying on the island is too expensive. Trains take you to the centre and seem to be every ten minutes well into the night so you can fully experience the wonders. Marghera has bars and shops too for an early morning coffee. Quieter than Venice too.

Marghera is a nice, silent city close to Venice.
Marghera is a nice, silent city close to Venice. Our target was to visit Venice with family, and Marghera was a good choice to have a rest after a long day :) The public transport was really great, only 15 minutes to Venice. There are nice, cheap restaurants in Marghera and lovely coffee shops as well. Liked to stay here.
The staff was super nice. I had to leave at 6:00 am and a staff member turned on the coffee machine early for me so that I could have some before I left. The bus into Venice is a two-minute walk from the hotel and takes about 10 minutes. It is incredibly convenient. There’s not much around the hotel itself, but who needs anything else, besides the bus into Venice? The breakfast was good; I just had the yogurt mixed with cereal. They gave me soy milk for my daughter who’s a vegan.
A good hotel to stay for few nights.
The location is good and quite. It's near the highway but I didn't hear any noice from there. It's in about 10-15 mins of walk to the railway station. So there are several options to get to Venice: by bus and by train. I prefer by train because it's cheaper, faster and it's more comfy.
Breakfasts are nice here with handmade coffee which is nice.
We were here for the second time and we would come back again.
There was a balcony with a view to a nearby park. There was a bus/tram stop very close and the bus took only 10 minutes to Venice. A good pizza place downstairs. The room was big and spacious. The host gave good advice on how to use the public transport and recommendations to nearby restaurants. The area (Marghera) was a pleasant surprise with a nice atmosphere
Great host, super friendly and a cozy little room. Clean and modern furniture/appliances. Cozy little breakfast room. Bus stop to Venice is super close by and a shop that sells tickets as well. Keep in mind that you can't buy bus tickets on the bus! This B&B is perfect to visit Venice without the pricey and noisy hotels in the center.
Very good price and quality ratio- hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and in farely good location (bus stop not too far away). Prices per night much better compared to Venice (and there are very good and fast connections to Venice). Breakfast fairly good, although lacks some seasoning and taste.
Perfect place for a romantic weekend in Venice!
The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The host is very friendly. Private parking is available.
It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Venice by bus (one way ticket is 1,5 EUR per person).
Extremely friendly stuff- especialy the man working in reception, was very warm and kind, told us all the details how to get to Venice. There is a parking spot behind the hotel so the car was close and safe. Perfect air conditioning system
The rooms are pretty good and quite worth of money. The hotel is close to Tram and bus station. You can go anytime to Venice and come late night.
Staff are so friendly and very helpful in nature. I love them all🥰.
Great location. Bus stop and train station are very close. I used train to Venice - it is very frequent, it takes just 10 minutes and costs 1,40eur.
I also liked the hotel and its services, my pet liked it too!
Nice small room in a hotel very close to the train station and bus connections to Venice. The bed was ideally hard, though not too hard. The staff are friendly and there's a decent breakfast.
The location is in a quiet spot of the town Marghera, the supermarket is very close to the property and so it is the bus stop to get to Venice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
close by to maestre train station, need to enter the train station and cross the underpass to the other side to reach the hotel. room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was ok.
Very polite and helpful workers. The breakfast is basic but delicious. The property has a very good link between Venezia and Marghera, the bus is few steps far from the hotel.
It was good. For us foreigners it seemed like a continental breakfast but I after staying at several hotels in Europe this is normal. Marco the bartender was really nice.
Cheap hotel in nice residential neighborhood with good connection to Venice. Friendly staff. I was travelling by bicycle and could store it in a safe place.
