We stayed with Sylvia in her lovely hotel for a week. The bedrooms are very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed some time relaxing around the pool which was a great break from our busy schedule. There's a lovely walk from the hotel into Cortona which we did almost daily. Breakfast included is a bonus and we also ate dinner at the hotel and enjoyed a great meal.

Atmosphere of the place, even entrance close to the road was charming. The host responded very quickly and provided all info we asked for. Great guidence info to the propoerty. It was clean, ready on time. Bottles of cold water in the fridge. We used them when we went to see the Cortona city after arrival (very usefull- it was a hot day). We loved everything about the place.

Location was great - close to the old towns, but out in the countryside. The hosts were wonderful, very warm and welcoming - a true Italian farm family. Olive oil production on property and lots of horses. The room was fantastic - very large and beds were comfortable and located in 500 year old farm house. We had great sleeps.

Such an incredible accommodation on the hills above Cortona. It is so peaceful and quiet with amazing views of the valley. The owner and her son made us feel so welcome and went the extra mile to check in with us about everything which made the stay extra special for us. He was easily accessible by WhatsApp and provided amazing recommendations for places to eat and see whilst we were in Cortona.
