- the host is super friendly and helpful, we communicated very well and the check in and check out was very easy - the rooms are clean and spacious and our room has been cleaned once during our stay. the hairdryer and the fridge have been truly useful. also the rooms are well soundproofed, you don't hear noise from the neighbours - the area is super quiet and the view from the balcony is great. we totally recommend it if you don’t like crowded and busy places, but note that a car is almost indispensable - the pool is large and clean and the yard is spacious and well maintained Overall, the quality-price ratio is correct and we recommend this accommodation. for us it was what we needed, a decent room in a wonderful place with a very pleasant host :)

First of all the host, Nectarios, offered me to picked me up at the bus station late in the evening, because you have to walk up the hill for 20 minutes. This was so kind! And in addition he and his wife, Elena, we're always helpful with propositions where to eat or which place to visite. It was a familiar atmosphere and more than once I was so lucky to meet them! We have stayed in Villa Silvia only 2 nights but it was enough to assess how great this place is. The villa is immaculate and confortable. The view is stunning, the area super quiet and at the same time, only 10 minutes away from nice beaches and tavernas, and Chania city centre.
