Property information

The villa Kelaidis is an excellent choice for those guests who want to relax and enjoy their vacations in a peaceful environment by watching the amazing view of the Souda Bay. The villa offers all the necessary amenities that the guests may need. It is fully equipped with all the kitchen necessities including kitchen, microwave oven, fridge and cutlery. The villa offers an amazing outdoor space where the guests can find the barbeque set , the outdoor living room and the pool. In a 5 minutes walking distance the guests are able to visit the ancient town of Aptera from which the whole village took its name and they can hiking around safely to explore all the ancient sightseeing. The villa is suitable for all guest types and big families as it offers all the safety specifications needed. Kindly note that every second day one of our staff passes by between 05:00-07:30 in the morning to water the garden and clean up the swimming pool.

Neighbourhood information

In a 5 minutes walking distance the guests are able to visit the ancient town of Aptera from which the whole village took its name and they can hiking around safely to explore all the ancient sightseeing. Also at a close walking distance the guests can find a mini market fully equipped with all the necessary products and next to the mini market there are 2 restaurants that offer traditional greek cuisine . In only 10 minutes driving the center of Souda is in front and in only 20 minutes driving after Souda is the center of Chania where plenty of choices of restaurants and cafes and shops laying there. The location is ideal for guests who want to relax, enjoy the sun and the sea and explore the beautiful natures of Crete. In less than 30 minutes drive from the villa, the guests can visit the city of Chania and the beautiful Venezian Old Harbor. Closer to the villa there is Kalyves village where you will find a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and a great beach for swimming. There you will also find grocery stores. pharmacies and ATMs. Some of the villages worth visiting in a distance close by are: Almyrida, Stilos and Armenoi.
