an excellent place to stay, lovely hosts, food and room - very relaxed and comfortable. Free parking also great as very few street parking options otherwise.
Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pool and sauna were good. Free parking was welcome too. Decent water pressure and a good hot shower.

Location to town was excellent though area itself was a bit nervy looking but it was quiet.

This was our second stay at Osborne House and on both occasions Di & Rob made us most welcome and upgraded us to better rooms at no extra cost. The location is fantastic with wonderful views towards the River Derwent. The breakfast is excellent made with fresh local ingredients where possible. The added bonus is that there is car parking available at no extra cost and safe from the overzealous traffic wardens who operate in Workington.
It was in a fantastic location and a large comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent and the owner Paul was really friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly and free parking around the corner.
