Very cozy and equipped caravan where a lovely short break with friends and family would be nice. It's at a location far from the locality, so comes with that peace. The caravan park is very nice with a little place for kids to play.

We had a lovely big room, really spacious with 2 large windows. Bed was comfy. The breakfast was included and was great. The best thing was the staff- they were brilliant- so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location close to everything. We are going to book for next year to visit our family again 😊

Well this place customer service is better than the ritz. I turned ill on my stay here Irene the morning receptionist could not do enough for me even let me park in the managers packing space. The lady behind the bar was brilliant as well table service with drinks and food even made me a hot toddy when I was poorly I watched her have her own family fetch colouring books and pencils for a lady who was struggling to keep her kids busy. They just can't do enough for you. A++++ from me will be staying again

As soon as we entered, the staff were really friendly and helpful. This carried on throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were basic but very clean, comfortable and the family room was separated into 2 so our children had their own space too which was perfect for me and the husband. Food and drinks were on point too - will defo be returning next year.
