Looked after perfectly. Wife had a birthday on the Saturday so was treated to dinner and dessert free! Very helpful, courteous and friendly staff. Many choices of food and beer etc. Couldn't want for anything. Highly recommended.

The location & garden area is really tranquil. The accommodation is spacious & beautifully decorated. Fiona was very kind & speedy with her communication.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Stayed three nights in this fabulous old country pub. Wonderful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable bedroom, amazing breakfast and delicious evening meals. Dog friendly and easy parking. Big thank you to all the lovely staff… would definitely recommend this little gem in Norfolk.
Location was excellent, beautiful village of Warham with free car parking across the hotel. Arrived 30mins early but room was ready so checked in. Bed was super comfortable, room was clean and well appointed. Excellent shower and breakfast was great too... the list goes on! Can't recommend highly enough.
A lovely pub hotel, set 7 mins drive away from Wells Next Sea, with plenty of car parking. The double room was spacious, comfortable & clean, as was the bathroom, which also had a rain shower. Decided to have our evening meal here, best decision, as we weren't disappointed. The pub is known for their absolutely delicious homemade meat pies- yummy. Breakfast was just as deliciously prepared, with plenty of choice for all tastes. All the staff were friendly, attentive & helpful
