Accommodation was competively priced for Long Melford. The room we stayed in was spacious with an en-suite and a comfortable bed. Bar service was very courteous and efficient. Great atmosphere. Nice and airy dining room. Cooked breakfast was excellent.

Gorgeous stand-alone unit, furnished & decorated with flair. Spacious with everything we needed. Outlook onto a lovely peaceful cottage garden with outdoor seating. Perfect for us as we were visiting family in nearby Acton only a 5 minute drive away. Free parking and a short walk down a lane. Joanna was an excellent host - was very helpful and communicated well. Highly recommend.

The Host goes the extra miles and ensures that everything is ready, there is quiet music playing, milk in the fridge as well as treats on the side. Easy access to the Cottage which is in the center of the village easy walking distance to the pubs, tea houses and grocery stores. The street parking is first come first served outside, but it was never difficult to get a spot.
Food at breakfast was great
The room was very clean, tidy and had everything you need for a single nights stay or more.
Free and fairly secure parking is a bonus
Breakfast was excellent, perfectly cooked and served. Excellent location on the high street. Not much parking on-site but free parking on the road right outside. Was a bit concerned our room would be noisy being right at the front but very little passing traffic early Sunday morning so had a great sleep.
