The house is one of the best supplied self-catering houses I have every stayed in and free bottled water, shampoo, cleaning products, spices and other bits and pieces were nice. The pictures really jazz the place up. The views are simply amazing. The host providing a free bucket of scallops that he had dived for himself was fabulous. The peace and quiet, but only 3 miles from Oban is fabulous. FInally, walking distance to the Barn pub, which I know of old; the icing on the cake.

The staff was really helpful and nice, but also discrete and welcoming. They prepared us a great lunch to take with us on our excursion to the Isle of Skye and some drinks. Everything went smoothly, everything was clean, it was so peaceful and calm in the hotel and in our room. We had a great room, the beds were super comfortable, hadn't slept that deep and peacefully in a long time... Great sense of style and class with that traditional Scottish influence.
